Startup as the very name indicates START UP. Start UP your first professional experience, of an Internship with Startup.

Let’s go by story…..

There were two cubs of a lion. The elder one was David and the smaller chick named Rahul. Father Lion was best of his kind in the jungle, he was the king of the creatures existed and alive.

So, his elder son David got and enjoyed all worldly pleasures because he would be the next legitimate supremacy, the king of Jungle.

But, the smaller one has no future…he was too small to be ignored and neglected. So, his upbringing was rather difficult, tough and every day was a struggle.

One day the king lion died, due to poor health…the kingdom was threatened and collapsed. Dreams shattered and the kids were thrown out by the vultures. David broke out…since he was unaware, bewildered by sudden circumstances, it was like world ended for him.

But since Rahul lived life from so basal and basic…that he knew how to survive & finally one day because of his struggle he acquired the reign back and was sworn as the King.

This is what a startup provides you, it is a journey full of experiences of all kind and you know how to professionally survive in the market and one day may be holding its nerves and veins.

You are directly engaged with clients, customers and can feel the real heat..because ultimately whether its Tech , IT , Service provider or a Retail outfit…it is for the Customer, their needs and problems.

Feel like Professional

After done with few tasks and if you are performing up to mark…you will be given a certain responsibility in the firm while in a MNC or biggies there are sophisticated procedures involved in each step and you may require months of training to get accommodated in the structure.

You will be handling databases or designing part of the site…playing with android and implementing it.

Acknowledgement for work

Even if you do something pity small, you will be acknowledged. Your every suggestion is taken sincerely and it is heard with utmost diligence.

Youth-oriented

Most of the major upcoming startups are started by young college pass-outs, Undergrads in their 30s. Their working style is different from that of biggies, they remain cool, maintain relationships, they can be like your brothers or maybe your friends.

There is no Typical CEO entity and attire in them.

You can even hang out with them, know about their lives, understand their struggle, their inspiration … and he may be your motivation, your role model too.

Hate perfection, love your mistakes

They are convivial and jovial to work with as they are the most random guys, risk-takers who have left their white-collar jobs in order to pursue their interest… yet they are so lively.

Be an Entrepreneur

After knowing how things workout in the market and gaining experience in all fields, you can be your own master and may be one day you get a life changing idea..because then you know how to get things on the road.

Start from Zero as its a Damm good figure to start from. And be ready to Kick Start with Startup.

My experience

I worked with Feetapart which is a gamified social network that aims to motivate employees to pick up healthy habits and helping employers to reduce overall organization costs by improved employee productivity, reduced employee disengagement & attrition.

It helped me to look into the overall functioning of a company & develop understanding in Data analysis, Competitor analysis, Marketing & Customer Success Management.

I learned & got to know about amazing professional tools that are used at each step in building a great company.
